Outcast Fishing Charters OBX The Ultimate Fishing Charter Experience from Wanchese

Captain Lance Luke has spent nearly his entire life navigating the coastal waters of North Carolina and honing his skills as a professional angler. Introduced to the sport at an early age, he developed a deep-rooted passion that eventually led him to become a full-time guide. Over fifteen years ago, he dedicated himself exclusively to saltwater fishing, investing countless hours to studying the unique tidal movements, seasonal patterns, and hidden structures around the Outer Banks. Today, he channels that lifetime of experience into every OBX fishing excursion, helping guests connect with the local marine environment and discover the rewards of coastal angling. As a highly versatile guide, Captain Lance customizes his approach to suit the seasons, whether you are interested in inshore, nearshore, or wreck fishing. He possesses a particular expertise in nearshore sight-casting for Cobia during their peak run in May and June. Throughout the rest of the year, he tracks local species across the productive sound and coastal waters, focusing on sight-casting for Redfish, as well as bait fishing for Speckled Trout and Sheepshead. His deep familiarity with the local ecosystem ensures that you are fishing with a knowledgeable expert who understands exactly how to locate fish in ever-changing conditions.
